The most useful thing anyone sends is a correction. Prices move, stores change hours and items come off the menu, and a note from someone standing at the counter is often faster than the next scrape.
This site cannot help with orders, refunds, gift card balances or Rewards accounts. None of those run through here, and starbucks.co.uk is the only place they can be dealt with.

Report Something Wrong
If a price, a calorie count or a set of opening times here does not match what you saw in store, tell us which page and what you saw. We check it against the source and fix it, and the corrected figure goes live on the next rebuild.
Include the page address and the store if it is a location or an opening time. That is usually enough to settle it in one exchange.
We track 128 items and 1,378 stores, so corrections from people who were actually in the shop are the fastest way errors get found.
Reporting a Price or Menu Error
Include the item, the store and what you saw. A price without a location is hard to act on, since delivery listings vary by store and the figures here are the lowest observed rather than a single national number.
Corrections to opening hours are worth sending with the branch name as it appears on the door, which is how the store data identifies it. Hours are set per branch and change without notice, so this is the category most likely to be out of date.
Comments are open on item pages and are the quickest route for anything small. They need no account, only a name and a message.
